Tom is a member of the Ohio and Kentucky State Bar Associations. He is also a member of The Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys and current Vice Chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee.

He is a member of the Butler County, Ohio, Bar Association and Co-Chair of the Civil Litigation Committee. Tom is also a member of the Defense Research Institute.

Tom also works as a mediator. He is an approved mediator by the Common Pleas Courts of Butler and Warren County Ohio. He has completed foreclosure mediation training through the Ohio Supreme Court.

Tom is most proud of the honesty and diligence that exemplifies his service to his clients. His most memorable moment as an attorney came when he made his first appearance before the Ohio Supreme Court.

Outside the office, Tom often attends Miami University sporting events. He also enjoys participating in a variety of church and family functions.
